Terms and Conditions

  • YaKaaf sells pre-owned and new products. All items are tested before listing.
  • Products listed under New condition are brand new and comes in brand/ generic packing.
  • Product condition (Excellent, Good, Fair) is based on internal testing and is listed on the product page. Pre-Owned products are used by previous owner. These products are not refurbished (Repaired), categorized as follows-

Excellent : In perfect working condition and like new in looks, there may be miner scratches ,  wear and tear. Which are not noticeable.

Good : In perfect working condition. There may be miner scratches ,  wear and tear. Which are noticeable.

Fair : In perfect working condition. There may be noticeable  scratches ,  wear and tear or decolorization 

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, payment issues, or fraud detection.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

  • We will email functional product video before packing / shipping for customer verification. 

  • Warranty, if any, will be mentioned on the product page. Most products are sold as-is.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product listed on e-commerce platforms may look different then delivered product. This is common factor due to lighting conditions and  screen resolution, quality of display. 

  • Incase of any dispute. all legal matters will be taken care with in the jurisdictions of Chennai, Tamilnadu
